Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Some products (for example whisky, perfume or certain foods) are subject to carrier rules and import regulations in your country; we check this before sending you a quote.
How do I know the products are authentic?
We buy from official brand stores, authorised retailers or sellers that you have approved. We keep the original invoice, packaging and documents (warranty cards, certificates) and ship them with your item.
Do I have to pay UK VAT?
Goods exported from the UK can often be sold free of UK VAT or have the VAT refunded, depending on the seller and how the item is exported. We tell you in your quote which option applies to your purchase.
I live in the EU. Will I pay customs after Brexit?
Since Brexit, a delivery from the UK to the European Union is an import: import VAT is payable in your country, and customs duties may apply depending on where the goods were made. Goods made in the UK can often enter the EU duty-free under the UK–EU trade agreement. We prepare accurate customs documents and can quote a delivery with duties and taxes prepaid for many destinations.
